If you have a loved one who has been impacted by Longmont United Hospital, giving a memorial or tribute gift is a meaningful way to honor your loved one or celebrate a special occasion such as a birthday while supporting the work of our mission. Your memorial or tribute gift will be a lasting tribute to your loved one and make a difference in the lives of those we serve.
Harry Lozinski lost his wife and best friend, Roberta, to breast cancer in December 2015. Their five-year battle with breast cancer taught them many things and left Harry and his family with determination to walk beside patients and families navigating the journey of cancer that no one asks for. In September the family set up Roberta's Legacy Fund at Longmont United Hospital Foundation to help patients and their families "thrive and not just survive".
Roberta's Legacy Fund provides the means for patients and their families to receive the treatments that Centura Health Integrative Medicine gave Roberta and her family for relief and comfort during their most challenging times. This fund provides treatment for patients and their families including massage, acupuncture, counseling and a wide range of education resources.
For more information on benefits available to breast cancer patients and their families through Roberta's Legacy Fund, contact Centura Health Integrative Medicine at Longmont United Hospital at 303-651-5188.
